Abstract

The paper discusses the development of FAST Matrix within Fast Simulation Tool. Matrix is intended to combine and reproduce complex relations between the factors responsible for the efficiency of urban development. Currently apartment and housing areas have been introduced to the Matrix, and the work defines the structure of this mechanism, the taxonomy of sets of criteria and selected criteria in particular, and time-related mechanisms. The paper discusses risks and prospects of the Matrix, as well as its implementation in further planning tasks.
