Experimental Analysis Of Interaction Between Circular Inductor "way" And Inclined Sheet-type Secondary

An experimental equipment has been designed and built in order to investigate the interaction between an electromagnetic way and a sheet-type secondary. Particularly, the primary consists of a circular inductor and the secondary is a double-layer square sheet (Fe-Cu) able to rotate respect to the way. Static and dynamic performances have been evaluated in terms of torque, normal thrust and flux density distribution in the air-gap.
