Abstract

The Internet is a global facility that is gaining in popularity and usage. Its users are diverse and many, ranging from those interested simply in discussing their favourite films, to groups highlighting human rights issues. Increasingly, and perhaps inevitably, there is a major movement to exploit the Internet for business purposes ("E-Commerce").
