It receives stress amplitudes of more than 10' times in the used period. So, the fatigue characteristics need to be understood clearly to endure in the used environment. But a lot of studies of aluminum cast alloy with a cast skin have not been carried out because of a complicated shape. So the present authors researched the fatigue characteristics of the aluminum cast alloy with a cast skin, AC2B-T6 supplied by TOYOTA Motor Co in Japan. The tensile strength is 381[MPa] and Vickers hardness is 151. The plane bending fatigue test was carried out with a Schenck test machine. The specimen surface was
