Qicheng Sun is an Associate Professor in the Department of Hydraulic Engineering at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He is the author of numerous research papers on modeling and simulation of particles and sediment.

Guangqian Wang is a Professor in the Department of Hydraulic Engineering at  Tsinghua University, Beijing, CHINA.  The author of a number of research papers on the modelling and simulation of particles, sediment, and flows, he currently serves as a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Hydro- environment and holds three national awards for Science and Technology Progress. His research focuses on Hydraulics and River Dynamics, Soil Erosion and Sediment Transport in River Basins, and Hydro-informatics.
