Abstract

Fuzzy data base application to the course control system of the underwater vehicle Krab2 M. Plucinski Technical University of Szczecin, Institute of Computer Science and Engineering, Poland, 71-210 Szczecin, ul Zolnierska 49, 1. Introduction Adaptive control systems based on the parameters identification of the object are not the good solution for small underwater vehicles (UV) because the state of such vehicles can change very fast. The progress of digital technology enables the use of more complex control algorithms, which can work in real time. One of solutions is the combination of an adaptive control with a fuzzy gain scheduling control (control system based on vehicle parameters fuzzy data base). The parameters data base enables the controller coefficients adaptation to fast changes of the vehicle state.
