Abstract

The history of developing the theory of technical systems evolution is examined. The description of stable and unstable development of technical systems is presented. It is shown that the evolution of technical systems is practicable to present as a polyfluctuation process with the system of built-in filters. There is given the final system of axioms and theorems proving the correctness of the given assumption. Up to the 70-es an idea prevailed in the theory on designing technical systems (T-systems) of different purposes that it is possible to describe their development as some stationary or monotonous process one of the examples of which is given in Fig.l. The next period (the 70-es - early 80- es) was characterized by an attempt to describe the evolution of T- systems as some fluctuating pro
