The implemented web-based environmental data acquisition system was designed to collect air quality data, such as monoxide (CO), ozone (03) and particulate matters (PMlO), around Las Vegas valley. Since air pollutions have been a major concern for citizens around the Las Vegas area, air quality has been closely and continuously monitored for years. Critical issues such as dynamically adjusted data collection schedules through scattered monitoring st
