Abstract

The boundary Element Method is used to solve 2D Stokes flows in chan- nels (plane) with nitration barriers. The well know integral representation formulae for the Stokes now employed, yielding to a boundary integral equa- tion which solution is entirely dependent upon the boundary conditions and geometry. In this formulation complex boundary conditions such a nitra- tion can be easily included into the boundary integral equations. Filtration barriers means special matching condition into the numerical scheme. To avoid this difficulties we divide the domain in subregions and this can then be added together utilizing traction equilibrium and velocity compatibility Numerical example are prese
