Abstract

The aim of this study is to propose the real-time decision support system of storage reservoir introducing the advanced artificial intelligent methodologies of the neural network and the fuzzy theory. 1 Introduction Typhoon have historically caused heavy rainfall and serious disasters in Japan and Southeast Asian countries.
