Ulicagrada Vukovara 37, Email: Kresimir.Plantic@public.srce.hr Abstract To establish hydraulic parameters required for the designing canoe track on the Sava river near Zagreb two hydraulic models: physical and numerical, have been worked out. Models resulted in a consumption curve of the movable (rubber) weir which regulates flow in the track and distribution of water speeds (velocities) and depths along the track at characteristic discharges. During the research on physical model, number and position of segmental gates placed on the track were being changed.
