Abstract

Anyone searching for conceptual solutions for Project Cost Controlling in site development will rapidly ascertain that no such solutions exist. The development of civil engineering projects perhaps most closely approximates to the requirements - civil engineering projects can nowadays scarcely be conceived without cost controlling.
