Abstract

The River System Simulator (RSS), a general program system for water resources planning, has been developed in Norway, and has recently been completed and released for use. The simulator includes 14 different types of models integrated within one system. All models share a common user interface and one common database to simplify the data exchange between different models, and to simplify data storage and data integrity.
