The District can be constituted by the cultural heritage, intended in their wider meaning, by the enterprises interested in different manners at preserving and increasing the value of the cultural heritage, by the required mfkastructures, and by the entertainment and free-time buildings; potentially, each of these activities could represent the inducement for the
