Abstract

Evaluation of Emissions in Entrance of a Pollution Modelling System Guest contribution Laurent Borrel Meteo France, Service Central d'exploitation de la Meterologie, 2, Avenue Gustave Coriolis, F-31057 Toulouse Cedex, France Meteo-France is involved in a research/development project whose goal is to model the different phenomena which lead to important levels of pollution (ozone, particles...) on different scales, that is local scale but also regional. The centre of the system is the non-hydrostatic model Meso-NH. It has been developed and used by both the Laboratoire d'Aerologie, Universite Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, and by the Research Center of Meteo-France. It will compute transport/dispersion and chemical evolution of the pollutants in the atmosphere. One condition to reach a good modellisation, is to have a good evaluation of the different types of emissions: biogenic, resu
