Abstract

Emission Inventory for Simulation and Validation of Mesoscale Models A contribution to subproject SATURN C Borrego\ N. Barros*, M. Lopes*, M. Concei?ao MJ Valinhas\ O Tchepel\ C Ferreira\ M. The intensive traffic and other anthropogenic emission sources contribute to high emission rates. The gaseous emissions under complex geographical features and atmospheric circulation that occur in the region play an important role in air pollution problems. Application of numerical modelling to atmospheric pollution studies involves development of emission inventories
