Abstract

Temporal and Spatial Emission Modelling for Urban Environments Using Emission Measurement Data A contribution to subprojects SATURN and GENEMS C Mensink\ J Van Rensbergen*, P. Viaene\ I. The spatial resolution is determined by the national emission inventory, as provided by the Flemish Environmental Agency (VMM, 1997), containing yearly averaged emission data for industrial point sources, line sources (motorways and national main roads) and 1 km x 1 km area sources for space heating, urban road transport and cattle breeding. The temporal emission variations are modelled using temporal emission factors based on vario
