Abstract

In this paper we would like to introduce the select problems of civilisation of the present days, to talk over notion of emotional intelligence, to define emotions and notion of intelligence, and also to show importance these of notions with reference to quality management system. 1 Introduction In recent years there has been a general growth of interest in the field of "emotional intelligence". This issue has aroused great curiosity mainly among managers.
