Abstract

Aiming at some existing problems in present maintenance management system of marine machine, we pose a set of maintenance management strategy (Selective Maintenance Strategy) suitable for complicated mechanical system as marine diesel engine. Main contents and key problems of this strategy are expounded here. Based on this strategy, we have developed a maintenance aided decision system. This system will guide equipment maintenance managers to make scientific action, and it is helpful to promote optimization for marine diesel engine maintenance management institution.
