Abstract

This article describes the research for the leakage causes of hight power steering hydraulic motor used in marine, analysis that the installing altitude of seal rings can influence on sealing effect, points the preventing looseness device is important to prevent from leakage, and presents the repairing method. 1 Introduction Hydraulic motors are often used in marine and mechanical engi- neering. One of their important failures is seal leakage, which influences extremly on their working safety and reliability. It is more significient to research for the failure causes and raise mo- tor' s reliability. Now, the leakage failure of 4. 5 t. m marine steering hydrauliic motor is taken as an example for discussing and analysing.
