A Software Framework For The Generation Of Dynamic Vulnerability Maps For Risk Assessment

In this paper a software framework that is able to generate dynamic vulnerability maps for risk assessment is proposed. A series of models for different risk scenarios have been considered and described together with their implementation in the developed software framework. Finally the visualization of the acquired data and simulation results can be used as a support for real-time emergency planning. Keywords: prediction models, disaster management.
