Abstract

A Boundary integral method in the shape design sensitivity analysis is developed for the multi-zone axisymmetric elastic bodies. Sensitivity formula in terms of the interface shape variation is derived by taking derivative of the boundary integral identity. Adjoint problem is defined with discontinuity condition at the interface, which requires more generalized BEM code to handle such conditio
