Abstract

The flow velocimetry based on image analysis has reached a rapid spread within the last few years following hardware and software development in image acquisition and analysis. Starting from a classical configuration a large number of experimental setup have been proposed in order to increase the reliability of the measurements and make this technique suitable for the analysis of complex flow in industrial environment.
