Abstract

Since new regulations on volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions have been decided, industrial companies are interested in ways to reduce their pollution. Conventional chemical engineering processes are industrially used to remove VOCs, such as incineration, condensation, scrubbing or adsorption. Each technique has its own field of use, however they generally do not permit recovery of the pure component
