Payment
All orders must be prepaid by cheque, money order, or MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Payment by credit card will be collected in Pounds Sterling.

Prices
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices quoted on proforma invoices are correct for 30 days from date of invoice. Prices quoted by phone are not guaranteed, unless a firm order is placed using a credit card at the time of the call.

Discount
10% discount is automatically applied to credit card orders received via the on-line shop.

Standard discount to booksellers is 15%.

Forthcoming Books
Shipment will be made on receipt of payment and as soon as the book ordered is in stock. Publication dates, prices, number of pages, and contents, when given, are tentative and subject to change without notice.

Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted on unpublished titles. A credit note will be issued if payment has been made.

Returns
A credit note will be issued for books returned in a re-saleable condition in their original shrink-wrapping within one (1) month from date of invoice.

Claims
Enquiries and requests on short shipments and damaged books must be made to WIT Press within one (1) month of the date on the packing slip of the shipment, or no credit will be given. All claims should be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

Journal Subscriptions
Cancellations are accepted in full up to the time shipment has commenced of the first issue of the volume number ordered. Thereafter no full or part refund of subscriptions are accepted.
