ORDERING
When you place an order to purchase a product from Witpress.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Witpress are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If a product offered by Witpress itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed of the product itself.
With respect to items sold by Witpress, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mis-priced.
