Herein we are going to study the effects of the primary fragmentation generated by the HE81 mortar grenade on conventional concrete and steel fibers reinforced concrete. The goal of the testing program was to developed validated penetration formulas on conventional concrete and steel fibers reinforced concrete, to choose them that provide superior performance to withstand the penetration effects
